Our Purpose

vMh7j5IM.jpeg

For more than two decades, the Wolf family has built restaurants around one simple idea: bring people together. Since opening the first Wolfies Grill in 2004, Scott and Nyla Wolf have created destinations where great food, genuine hospitality, sports, and community all come together under one roof. Inspired by a love for the outdoors, family traditions, and memorable dining experiences, the original Wolfies location overlooking Morse Reservoir introduced guests to the signature northern woods atmosphere that would become the foundation of the brand.

What started as one lakeside restaurant has grown into the Wolfpack Restaurant Group, a collection of unique concepts across Indiana that each carry the same family driven spirit and commitment to hospitality. Today, the Wolfpack family includes five Wolfies Grill locations, The Italian House, Nyla’s, the Broken Barrel, and Boomerangs Social House.

Beyond the restaurants, Scott and Nyla have always believed in investing in people first. In 2015, they launched R.I.B.S. which stands for Restaurant Industry Bible Study, creating a welcoming space for staff, friends, and community members to connect through faith, encouragement, and conversation. Over the years, their home and community gatherings have welcomed hundreds of people and strengthened the relationships that continue to shape the Wolfpack culture today.

Scott, Nyla, Alec, and Ansley remain deeply involved in the company and continue to build meaningful relationships with guests, team members, and the communities they serve every day.

Our Impact

For Wolfpack Restaurant Group, giving back to our community is key  community involvement is at the very core of everything we do. Throughout our decades in business, we've made it a priority to donate to key causes making an impact in our community.

Hamilton County Meals on Wheels

The mission of Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County, Indiana supports individuals who are elderly, disabled, chronically ill and home-bound by delivering nutritious meals, reducing hunger, improving health and promoting independence. Meals are prepared in state-approved healthcare facilities and designed by a certified registered dietitian under a physician’s prescribed supervision according to the recipient’s specific dietary needs.

Fueled for School

It's on each of us to look out for each other, especially during tough times. That's why we donated some of our extra product this week to Fueled for School. While schools are closed, they are working double time to ensure the students in our community stay healthy and fed while at home.

Take a look at the video and learn how you can support them too at fueledforschool.org.

Million Meal Movement

It's on each of us to look out for each other, especially during the holidays. That's why jumped in this week to volunteer for Million Meal Movement and pack 10,000 meals for kids, families, and schools throughout the state.

In Indiana alone, 1 million people (including 1 in 5 children) don't know where they'll get their next meal. To help close this gap and make a difference, you can check them out too at https://millionmealmovement.org/.

Other Areas of Impact

Outside of these organizations, we're also proud to partner with organizations around central Indiana including

  • Meals on Wheels

  • TwoEightMinistries

  • Blackbird Mission

A Day of Rest

When we opened Wolfies Grill in 2004, it began with a dream, a prayer, and a passion for bringing people together over great food. More than two decades later, that mission still drives everything we do.

One thing we have always believed in is giving our team a true day of rest — time to be with family, attend church, recharge, or simply slow down. By caring for our people first, we believe we can better serve our guests and communities every day.
